David Harbour's look has been turned upside down for an upcoming movie.
The *Stranger Things* star is donning a transformative getup for his new movie *Evil Genius*, sporting a larger physique, a massive false beard, and overalls in set photos from the upcoming true-crime drama film.

Courteney Cox — yes, that Courteney Cox — is directing *Evil Genius*, a crime movie based on the 2018 documentary series of the same name about the infamous 2003 "pizza bomber" bank robbery attempt that led to the death of pizza delivery worker Brian Wells. There's no official word on which actors are playing which characters, but set photos suggest that *Spotlight* filmmaker Tom McCarthy is portraying Wells.
Other cast members include Cox's former sister-in-law Patricia Arquette, her *Severance* costar Michael Chernus, and Garret Dillahunt, who starred in Cox's previous directorial effort, 2014's *Just Before I Go*.
"I've been fascinated by *Evil Genius* since I first saw the documentary," Cox told Deadline last week when the project was announced. "It's stranger than fiction. At moments darkly funny and yet deeply emotional. A story about love, loneliness, manipulation, and the people on the fringes who get pulled into something much bigger than themselves."

The film will mark Cox's second directorial project adapting a true-crime documentary. She and Dillahunt previously teamed up for the Lifetime movie *TalHotBlond*, which was based on the 2009 documentary of the same name about a murderous internet love triangle. The *TalHotBlond* and *Evil Genius* documentaries were both directed by Barbara Schroeder.

Harbour recently made headlines following a *Daily Mail* report that Millie Bobby Brown filed a "harassment and bullying claim" against him on the set of *Stranger Things*. Neither actor has addressed the alleged filing, and the duo spoke highly of each other at the show's season 5 premiere last week.
"I obviously had a really special bond with David because we have a father-daughter relationship, and we do every scene together," Brown told *Entertainment Tonight*. "It's been so special to have him along the journey with me."

Harbour also praised Brown in an interview with the same outlet. "I adore her, and I've been proud to watch all of them grow up and become such great artists," he said. "I doubt it will be the last time we'll see each other in this world or work together, and it's great that there could be fresh opportunities to do that in different ventures."**
