Linda Thompson recently stopped down memory lane while on a recent trip to Las Vegas.

The songwriter and former actress, who famously dated Elvis Presley during the 1970s, recently revisited the same hotel venue where she previously lived with the King of Rock and Roll during his renowned Vegas residency.

Documenting the highlights from her trip via Instagram on Sunday, Jan. 18, Thompson, 75, shared photos from the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino—formerly known as the International Hotel—where Elvis performed hundreds of sold-out shows across a historic 7-year period. Thompson not only returned to the iconic venue, but she even attended an Elvis tribute show on the "same stage" where the King of Rock and Roll performed so many times.

"The Westgate used to be known as the Las Vegas Hilton international and it's where Elvis and I lived every January and every August during his residency there," wrote Thompson, who dated Elvis between 1972 and 1976.

"@etatravispowell entertained us on that same stage where Elvis performed with a phenomenal show that brought back so many memories!" she further gushed alongside the post, which featured a number of photos and videos from her Sin City festivities.

Also during her trip, Thompson participated in a Q&A session on stage at the Westgate, answering fan questions about her relationship with Elvis. One fan asked how old Thompson was when she met the music icon, so she confirmed that she was 22 at the time and had just finished four years at Memphis State University (now the University of Memphis) by the time she crossed paths with Elvis.

Thompson dated Elvis after his divorce from Priscilla Presley in 1972. He and Thompson stayed together for four years before breaking up in 1976, less than a year before Presley’s tragic death at age 42 in August 1977.

Thompson would go on to marry Caitlyn Jenner in 1981, and the pair welcomed two sons together: Brandon, 43, and Brody, 41. Thompson was also previously married to David Foster for over ten years before they divorced in 2005.
