Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis' Freakier Friday shenanigans are coming soon to living rooms.
PEOPLE can exclusively reveal that the hit Disney sequel will be available to rent or own on digital Tuesday, Oct. 7, then on Blu-ray and DVD Tuesday, Nov. 11.

Lohan, 39, and Curtis, 66, reprise their roles as Anna and Tess Coleman 22 years after their original Freaky Friday outing became a hit. Now, Anna is a mom to teenager Harper (Julia Butters) and soon-to-be stepdaughter Lily (Sophia Hammons) as her wedding to Eric (Manny Jacinto) approaches. Of course, body-swapping mishaps ensue.

In July, Lohan and Curtis told PEOPLE about maintaining their friendship in the two decades since the first film.
"I know I can trust her," said Curtis. "I can’t say that about a lot of people. I do know that if I tell her something, it’s gonna stay with her. We’ve both been through hard things, ’cause we’re alive and life is hard. And we’re not dead yet. So the truth of our experience together, it belies all of the kind of showbizzy stuff. We connected, and we really stayed connected. And that is special and rare for me."
Lohan echoed that "safe is a very important word to me." She added, "I have to feel safe around people. And Jamie is one of those people for me. Like, I feel very safe with you. I feel safe telling you things. So it’s— I know you said trust, but for me it’s 'safe.' "
The new comedy, directed by Nisha Ganatra, debuted in theaters Aug. 8 and went on to earn over $150 million at the global box office. The cast also includes Mark Harmon, Chad Michael Murray, Stephen Tobolowsky, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan and Vanessa Bayer.
