One thing about Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster is they will always look absolutely obsessed with each other. The couple walked their first red-carpet of the year together last night, bringing the romance to Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City for the premiere of The Sheep Detectives.
As they posed for photos together, they laughed, smiled widely, embraced, and could not stop gazing into one another’s eyes. And as if their display of affection wasn’t confirmation enough of their love, they also color-coordinated.

Jackman was dapper in a sleek blue-gray suit: a sharp double-breasted jacket, trousers, and a button-up. He slipped on a pair of glossy black dress shoes, and to match, a black leather belt.
Foster embraced spring in shimmery, colorful midi dress à la The Rainbow Fish. With a bubblegum-pink base, the piece was covered in clusters of blue and green iridescent sequins that looked a bit like metallic fish scales or sparkly bubbles—and nodded to the cool tone of Jackman’s suit.

The dress had a V neckline and a flirty skirt, and Foster eschewed jewelry, instead letting her gown shine all on its own. To complement it, she slipped into pointy satin slingbacks in a pastel pink.

The actors met years ago, having long run in the same TV and theater circles, and deepened their friendship after starring together in the 2021 Broadway revival of TheMusic Man.
Their relationship turned romantic years later. After ending their respective marriages, Jackman and Foster went public as a couple in January 2025. And they have been showing their love for one another on red carpets ever since.
