Kim Kardashian was feeling the pressure to succeed while on the set of All's Fair.
The Ryan Murphy legal drama marks the first time the SKIMS founder, 45, was no. 1 on the call sheet for a scripted project, and follows her acting debut in American Horror Story: Delicate.
On an episode of The Kardashians that debuted on Thursday, Nov. 13, Kardashian expressed her concerns about how the series, which also stars Niecy Nash-Betts, Naomi Watts, Sarah Paulson, Glenn Close and Teyana Taylor, would be received when it premiered.
āIt's crazy that this journey is over," she said while in her trailer during her final day on set. "Hereās the thing, these shows, it is not guaranteed that itās gonna be a hit."
She added, "So you put your heart and soul and your time into something, and itās like, what if it doesnāt hit? Then what was this for?"

"I mean, obviously, everything in life, you have to take risks to get there, but Iāve taken all the risks," Kardashian continued. In her mind, she said that she's "done all" the things necessary for those risks, and, in her words, "I've made it."
In a confessional, the mom of four reflected further on her nerves ahead of the release of All's Fair, which premiered earlier this month on Hulu. "I think doing a scripted show is more pressure. There's definitely a judging meter on like, you can act or you are a bad actress," she said.

The spectrum is different than what Kardashian's used to as a seasoned reality TV star. "Being on a reality show, you're just living your life the only way you know how," she explained. "There's not the meter of [if] we're living a reality TV life well or not well."
Kardashian's comments on how All's Fair would be received came weeks after the show was met with a lot of negative reviews from critics and audience members.
Both she and Close, 78, poked fun at the critics, though. In a Nov. 6 Instagram post, Kardashian shared screenshots of several posts on X critiquing the show, including a post where a fan said they "immediately pressed play" on the series after it debuted at 0% on Rotten Tomatoes.

Another post she included in the carousel was a tweet that read, "some of the worst acting I've ever seen in my life alongside the most predictable storylines and the most ridiculous styling. I'm obsessed, I need 14 seasons."
Interspersed with the screenshots, she shared photos of her and her castmates, and creator Murphy, laughing and having fun on set while making the show. In the caption, she asked if her followers had yet to tune in to "the most critically acclaimed show of the year."
Close also weighed in amid the criticism as she posted a doodle of the cast and a pot of "Critic-Bunny Stew" ā a nod to her famous bunny-killing character in Fatal Attraction.
Despite the negative reviews, Deadline reported that All's Fair "has delivered Hulu Originalsā biggest scripted series premiere in three years, amassing 3.2 million views globally after three days of streaming."
