In the April 21 episode of Summer House, Ciara Miller and West Wilson reconciled two years after their tense split

This comes shortly after West and co-star Amanda Batula confirmed their romantic relationship

In the episode, Ciara asked West to be friends again following an emotional apology

Ciara Miller and West Wilson made amends in the April 21 episode of Summer House, which came just seven months before he and their co-star Amanda Batula shocked the Bravo universe by confirming their relationship in March.

Season 10 of the reality series — which filmed the summer before West and Amanda started dating — has documented the complicated dynamic between Ciara and West, who briefly dated in 2023 before their tense split.

Last week, viewers watched as West flirted and kissed another girl in front of Ciara. In the April 21 episode, Ciara initially told West that she wanted to end her friendship, despite his apology for his behavior at the party. She eventually decides the only way to end the tension is for a candid one-on-one conversation with her ex.

"This has been two years of nothing really being said," said Ciara as they sat down together to discuss where they stand. "I'm almost scared to be nice to you, or like, scared to be myself around you, because I'm afraid of being embarrassed."

She then brought up his behavior the weekend before. "The very thing I was afraid of happened. You sat right next to me, and like, didn't see me."

Ciara explained how "triggering" that was, to which West apologized.

During their sit-down, she expressed frustration about how he handled their breakup, including the fact that he talked about her to the media, noting that she was hurt because she considered West one of her best friends. "You really down-played our entire relationship," she told him. "I feel like we had such a great friendship and I think that's the part that was so hurtful about it."

West told her hearing that made him "really sad" and Ciara apologized for not being there for him during their breakup. They each expressed the fact that they missed being a friend to one other. "How could I not?" West asked.

Ciara confirmed that she doesn't think West is a "bad person" and said that last year she wasn't ready to "be in this space." She decided she wanted to "be normal" around West moving forward.

West apologized for hurting her and for bringing her to meet her family before their breakup. "I know that was probably such a mindf--- and I just want you to know that I thought about that a lot and I understand a lot of things better than I did. I see you more." Ciara told him that's all she wanted.

West said he can be her "best friend tomorrow" to which Ciara responded, "can we just be best friends again?" They embrace in a long hug as Ciara cried. When they regrouped, they joked about their costar Jesse Solomon wanting to kiss Ciara and shared a laugh.

This comes amid the revelation that West and Amanda (the latter of which was best friend with Ciara) are dating after weeks of speculation that their friendship turned romantic.

"We've seen the growing online speculation, so while this is still very new, we wanted to provide some clarity. It was never our intention to purposely hide anything," they said in a joint statement on March 31. "Given the complicated relationship dynamics involved and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we need a little space to process things privately before speaking on it."

Ciara reacted to the news for the first time in a cover story with Glamour, which was published on April 17.

“It’s one thing to experience hurt behind closed doors,” she explained. “To experience it so publicly is like another layer, and then to have to see what you thought was your life still play out in season 10. It’s a major mindf---.”

"Just know when something’s weird in your gut, there’s a reason,” she said. “What’s done in the dark always comes to light. And sometimes you really don’t even have to do anything except sit back and let the universe handle it all.”
