Tom Holland might be taking a break from any strenuous web-slinging, but that doesn't mean he can't party.

Still on pause from filming Spider-Man: Brand New Day after suffering a concussion on set, the Marvel star offered fans a brief health update this weekend in an Instagram post promoting a recent gala for his parents' nonprofit, The Brother Trust.

"What a night! Another huge success," Holland captioned a video of the event. "The Brothers Trust means more to me than I could possibly say, and I have to say a huge thank you to my mum and her wonderful friends for putting on another incredible night. Raising money for fantastic causes and having fun doing it!"

He added, "I'm sorry I had to leave early, but I'm feeling better and on the mend. A huge thanks to my dad for taking over after I left. The show got considerably funnier."

Holland was the host and quizmaster for the charity fundraising event, dubbed the Posh Pub Quiz. Per the video, Holland attended it with his fiancée, Zendaya, and his costar Jacob Batalon also showed up, making the Spider-Man trio complete.

The event was held on Sept. 21, just two days after Holland sustained a mild concussion on the set of Brand New Day. The English star was rushed to a nearby hospital after a stunt went wrong, Entertainment Weekly confirmed. No one else was injured, and the actor was cleared shortly after receiving treatment, but in the wake of Holland's concussion, the movie has halted production as a precaution. It is expected to resume on Sept. 29.

Shooting for the fourth entry in Sony's Spider-Man franchise began in Scotland last month. Holland, who has now played Peter Parker across six Marvel Cinematic Universe titles, celebrated the first day of it in a promo video that featured him back in his Spidey suit performing stunts.

"It's day one. My fourth ever day one on Spider-Man," Holland said in one behind-the-scenes clip. "You know, it's funny, putting the suit on, it feels different this time, somehow… I'm just going to do my best. Hopefully get it right. No pressure."

Showing off his penchant for stunt work in the clip, Holland is at one point perched atop a tank that appears to be careening down a street. When the dynamic scene wraps, he stands up to declare, "That felt sick!"

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings director Destin Daniel Cretton will take the wheel for Peter Parker's upcoming return to the big screen, after ending No Way Home with a massive reset.

Zendaya and Batalon will reprise their roles as MJ and Ned, respectively, with Jon Bernthal starring as Frank Castle/The Punisher, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner/The Hulk, Michael Mando as the Scorpion, and Stranger Things' Sadie Sink in an undisclosed role.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day is slated to hit theaters July 31, 2026.
