*Tyler Perry's Sistas* is gearing up for the premiere of its milestone 10th season with a cast missing two of its series regulars.
While fans can expect to welcome KJ Smith, Mignon, and Crystal Renee Hayslett back, with the addition of Angela Beyince, Devale Ellis, Brian Jordan Jr., Chris Warren, and Monti Washington as series regulars, original cast members Ebony Obsidian and Novi Brown will not return as main cast members.

The series follows a group of single women as they navigate their complicated love lives, careers, and friendships through the ups and downs of living in a modern world of social media and unrealistic relationship goals. Obsidian and Brown have been part of the *Sistas* cast since it premiered in 2019, and have been featured throughout the previous nine seasons. Obsidian played hair salon owner Karen Mott, while Brown played bank supervisor Sabrina Hollins.
While Paramount hasn't revealed if either star will appear in the upcoming season to conclude on a guest-starring status, the network announced that the show will feature two new cast members, Jordan Coleman (*All American: Homecoming*) and Tunde Oyeneyin (*Life & Beth)*.

Coleman will star as Cheyenne Barnes, a fiercely confident hairstylist whose bold sexuality and razor-sharp wit command attention, masking the emotional scars she's carried for years. Though driven by a desire for luxury and ease, her reunion with her sister Andi slowly peels back layers of guarded vulnerability she's long tried to bury.
Oyeneyin stars as Madison Truitt, a powerful, self-assured entrepreneur whose commanding presence and unapologetic ambition have carved her a space in a male-dominated world. Beneath her polished exterior lies a yearning for love and partnership — one that matches her strength, despite whispers that her standards are too high.

The two stars will join the series as it picks up with the gut-wrenching aftermath of season 9's car bomb. The fallout is far from over as silence is louder than words this season, with loyalties being tested, and each woman wrestling with her past. "Not everyone will make it to the other side the same," the season's synopsis reads.
